I have been making jewellery for over twenty years. I specialise in making beautiful pieces or wearable artworks from silver and other precious metals. I have showcased my work in New Zealand Fashion Week and I have made one of a kind pieces for people to treasure.

My latest collection takes its inspiration from the Maunga that rise up from the Coromandel Peninsula, where I live and work. Te Tara-O-Te-Ika-A-Māui, the Coromandel Peninsula, is home to many beautiful ranges that inspire the works that I create, from Moehau in the north, Ahuahu to the east and Motuere to the south-east. Each of these mountains sings out to the people who live near them forming a bond , a turangawaewae (a place where people feel empowered and connected).

Aotearoa, New Zealand is home to some of the most scenic mountain ranges that stretch themselves across  Pāpatūānuku bringing her ever closer to her Ranginui.  Each of my artworks is a reminder that no matter how far apart you are from your maunga you will always stay connected. A percentage of each piece sold  will be used to help raise money for local community groups around the Coromandel who are doing amazing work.
